Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Associate I to handle
in-depth research regarding patient balances.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on patients' self-pay, insurance, and bad debt
balances
Review and interpret patient statements and obtain supporting
documentation
Resolve patient inquiries and requests within a 24-48 hour
period
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma
1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD codes, and insurance
processes
Familiarity with EPIC and HIPAA
Understanding of client contractual terms and agreements
