Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to
oversee growth strategy and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and qualified
leads
Align marketing programs with sales goals to improve lead-to-close
conversion rates
Analyze demand generation efforts focusing on ROI and pipeline
contribution
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation,
preferably in B2B SaaS
A 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Proven success in executing sales-aligned demand generation
strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Familiarity with marketing to engineering or highly technical
functions is a plus
