Job Description:

Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for building and scaling processes that ensure quality and efficiency in our Final-Mile Delivery and Local Capacity division. This role is critical in developing and managing our local carrier network (Cargo Vans & Box Truck), optimizing internal and external products, and ensuring strict adherence to performance metrics across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development & Scaling: Design, implement, and scale operational processes to support the growth and efficiency of the Local carrier operations team. Build and optimize internal and external products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Carrier Network Development: Develop and maintain a robust network of independent contractors (ICs) and carriers across the U.S. to support Final-Mile Delivery operations. Engage, onboard, and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) across multiple markets, focusing on Cargo Vans and Box Trucks.
• Capacity & Performance Management: Ensure adequate capacity within the carrier network to meet the dynamic and evolving shipping needs across various regions. Manage KPIs, monitor performance, and enforce strict quality control measures for all markets.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lead by example, celebrate wins, work hard, and bring passion to the team. Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Extensive experience managing DSPs across multiple markets and building networks of ICs and carriers for Final-Mile Delivery.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to design, scale, and optimize operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
