Staff Accountant - Onsite - Cerritos, CA A well-established company in the global logistics and supply chain space is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its corporate office in Cerritos. The team is collaborative and hands-on, and this role offers exposure to both daily transactional accounting and monthly reporting processes. Compensation : Up to $26/hr in base salary Benefits : Health benefits, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more Location : Must be able to work onsite in Cerritos, CA (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm) What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of general accounting experience Comfortable with reconciliations, journal entries, and invoice processing Familiar with supporting a structured month-end close process Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Open to candidates from any industry or background with relevant accounting exposure Key Responsibilities: Reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies Record daily journal entries and support expense tracking Process employee reimbursements and review petty cash activity Assist with invoice entry and payment processing for various vendors Maintain basic schedules related to accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets Support the month-end close process, including account reconciliations Help review internal financial reports and assist with special projects as needed **US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
