Accounting Clerk

Amazing Technology Company currently seeking an Accounting Clerk with AR and AP experience to join our team. Offering flexible schedule, great training and benefits. M-F, 8-5, $15 and hour.

Job Duties:

? Assist with A/P, A/R, Payroll

? Process vendor invoices, expense reports, check requests and other disbursements

? Code payments to the appropriate general ledger accounts

? Create, maintain & update vendor files, including W9 forms

? Assist with generating checks in a timely manner

? Issue manual checks as needed

? Assist with the preparation of annual 1099 documents

? Reconcile vendor statements and research vendor inquiries

? Filing, copying, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, Training, and Experience:

? High School Diploma

? Advanced computer skills

? Basic accounting principles

? Minimum of 2 years? experience in related field

Specific Skills and Special Abilities:

? Computer literate in Excel, QuickBooks and or Access

? Proficient use of 10 key

? Detail oriented

? Ability to learn new skills, if necessary

? Flexibility and ability to change

? Ability to function in a busy environment with time constraints
